The Oregon Assuring Better Child Health and Development Early Childhood Screening Initiative (ABCD Screening Initiative) is a project to improve the system for identifying and referring children with developmental and behavioral delays. Oregon's ABCD Screening Initiative is a public-private partnership with the Oregon Pediatric Society, the Oregon Department of Human Services and the Oregon Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs at Oregon Health & Science University.
