This report was prepared for submission to the Office of Head Start to summarize the findings from a needs assessment survey completed by all 22 Missouri Head Start grantees in 2008. Grantees described at the county level the degree to which they were engaged in partnerships to address the Head Start priority areas. They also rated the degree of difficulty they experienced in addressing the priority areas in their counties. The report findings were used as a foundation for strategic planning by the MO Head Start-State Collaboration Office.
