Instruction in relaxation exercises that reduce stress related to visits to the doctor and medical procedures (i.e., blood draws, digital rectal exams) are also an integral part of the curriculum, Lastly, the curriculum includes "Jobs for Health, " which are activities the men complete between training sessions.
