The CORE Guide explores ways that parents and providers can have conversations to learn more about how families can support their children to participate more fully in their Communities, increase Opportunities for participation and engagement, develop Reciprocal relationships and find Enjoyment in the activities of their choice. The CORE Guide was developed as a result of focus groups with parents and providers as well as a series of meetings with Birth to 3 providers that were held over the past two years.
