Brochure and Wall Chart outlining the Preventive Health Standards for Adults with Mental Retardation agreed upon by a special committee of health care professionals convened by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation. The Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) Guidelines for the general population served as the basis for these guidelines with modfications reflecting conditions found to have increased prevalence in the population with mental retardation.
