Product Description:

The poster highlights the ELL-ACE Project's ACE Reading for ELL professional development course for teachers and the ACE Reading Program for K-12 that course participants study and implement in an 8-week case study on 1-3 ELL students. ACE Reading program fundamental concepts and components and typical outcomes and observations are explained. The results of the implementation of the ACE Reading Program by a former course participant, an ELL Coordinator at Linapuni Elementary in Honolulu, is presented, showing gains in students' reading scores.
