The Center for Human Development (CHD) conducted a survey of community providers serving seniors in Alaska at the request of the University of Alaska, Office of Health Programs Development. The survey targeted administrators, supervisors, directors, and human resource staff of agencies who serve seniors. The goal of the survey was to collect information pertaining to the training needs of direct care workers serving seniors.
