Product Description:

The Administration for Developmental Disabilities (ADD) Priority Survey was created by ADD in English. Oklahoma's UCEDD was asked by Jennifer Johnson with ACF/DHHS/ADD to translate the survey into Spanish. ADD distributed the electronic survey with responses that are catalogued in their database. Oklahoma's UCEDD forwarded the announcement about the survey to Oklahoma's constituents.
