This manual is for those experienced in facilitating person-centered planning processes who wish to conduct training for others. Several different formats and many different exercises, materials and handouts are presented. This manual primarily uses Personal Futures Planning, but some materials presenting basic information about other formats (Essential Lifestyle Planning, PATH, and Whole Life Planning) is also included. This manual is a companion piece to Increasing Person-Centered Thinking.
