The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) is a federally funded, competetive grant program designed to support the establishment of community learning centers serving students attending high-need schools. The Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) administers these grants for projects to offer students a broad array of services, programs, and activities during non-school hours or periods when school is not in session (such as before- and afterschool or during summer recess).
