WRAP (Westchester?s Resource for Adoption Program) is a program within WIHD?s Child Welfare Services that works with families who have adopted children from the Westchester County Department of Social Services. This program offers a variety of services to families such as support groups, crisis intervention, training and a lending library. A goal of the program has always been to also have a website that families can refer to as a resource regarding adoption-related needs.
