This white paper describes Virginia's Kaleidoscope service coordination training series, provides program evaluation data, and summarizes a study that was conducted in collaboration with Old Dominion University to assess the effectiveness of the training. Participation in the Kaleidoscope, Level I training was found to be associated with significant increases in knowledge across learners regardless of age, years of experience, or educational level.
