Video for the 2nd of six sessions with information on housing related issues for persons with disabilities, their families, and professionals. Individuals could attend the "live" sessions at one of 5 locations using televideo conferencing. A discussion of multiple transition points in life and an exploration of housing supports,projects, & ideas for promoting inclusion and integration in the community.
