Product Description:

A report on a five-year project with Lutheran Social Services in Minnesota to impact the social relationships of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with ordinary community members. The project was aimed at determining agency factors which influence why some individuals with ID/DD who receive services experience more community belonging and social inclusion than others. The report summarizes the results of the project in three areas: friendships, community group/organization membership, and valued community social roles.
