This project was developed, piloted and evaluated as a train-the-trainers model program for Interdisciplinary LEND Fellows to coach parents of children with ASD to increase their capacity to function as members of their child's IEP team with greater competence and confidence, to understand their child's IEP and educdational assessments, to evaluate their child's progess and advocate successfully on their child's behalf. Interdisciplinary LEND Leadership Projects, focusing on broader dissemination, outcomes' evaluation, and marketing, have subsequently been developed from this program.
