Materials and resources will be shared to help the participants to understand what disclosure is and why disclosure may be important. Participants will hear key terms and concepts related to Disclosure in the world of work. The presenter will provide strategies for job seekers and employees to consider before disclosing , how to disclose effectively, and the advantages/disadvantages of disclosing. During the webinar participants will also be provided information to help them to understand different example situations when job seeker or employee might disclose on the job.
