Part of Career and Life Studies Certificate (CLSC) program, the postsecondary education program for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Course Description - We all use language to communicate, to express ourselves, to convey our ideas and emotions, and to connect with the person to whom we are speaking. Communication is critical to every relationship in our lives. It impacts your success in social networking, employment and interpersonal relationships. Students will become aware that communication is much more than just talking ? it involves active listening.
