Product Description:

The Team Observation Measure (TOM) is a tool that measures adherence to the principles of wraparound, gathered through observations of team meetings. This paper will present findings from data analysis of 3 sites nationally, examining inter-rater reliability and other related psychometrics of the tool. In addition, TOM data from a national sample of youth served by approximately 45 sites will be presented to demonstrate psychometrics and highlight activities that are commonly practiced nationally.
