Transition is a very important process during different stages in life, but the first transitions to maternal and pre-school could be stressful for children and their parents. When the child have DD the process could be more difficult for the parents so they need to learn how to prepare for the transition and make a transition plan. Then parents have to colaborate to make it works and follow-up the special education and related services that the child need to receive.
