Partnering Together Fall 2011 Issue on Transition, Partnering at School and Alternatives to Guardianship
Product Description:
Partnering Together is the quarterly newsletter of the MODDRC/Family2Family Health Information Center. Each issue highlights specific Resource Center services and supports. In addition, it shines a spotlight on individuals with disabilities and families across the state - who not only are succeeding, but also doing their best to ensure that community based supports are in place for everyone. Also highlighted will be the efforts of the Missouri Family Parners, an initiative of the MO Bureau of Special Health Care Needs and SOS peer mentors. Information will be provided on how to be the most effective advocate possible on federal and state public policy, and on important events taking place around the state. Newsletter partners include Tips for Kids, Family Voices of MO, the MO Department of Health and Senior Services and its Family Partnership program and the MO Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities.
