Product Description:

Disability affects more than 54 million Americans and obesity rates for adults with disabilities are 57% higher than rates for adults without disabilities. This session will provide an overview of what we know about disparities and barriers for the more than 150,000 Delawareans with disabilities. Participants will connect with resources and tools to improve access to their services and programs and create a healthier environment for this high-risk population.
