Product Description:

The Down Syndrome Service at the Center for Disabilities and Development is a resource for people of all ages with Down syndrome, their families and with local care providers. Staff can clarify the diagnoses of people thought to have Down syndrome, coordinate health care for the patient and their families, work with them to ease the transition to new services at each stage of life, and link them with supports in their own community.
