Product Description:

The Platte Colfax Child Well Being (CWB) Coalition's leadership team manages the CWB funding as well s the subgrants to improve access to enhanced social-emotional well being programs in the service area within the Platte and Colfax counties and school-community interaction. The Columbus Area United Way(United Way) serves as the fiscal agent for the CWB Iniative in Platte Colfax Counties. East Central District Health Department (ECDHD) serves as teh administrative lead for the CWB Initiative in Platte Colfax counties as well as all secondary grants which are associated with the work being done, such as this social-emoitional grant. This communitye coalition currently meets regularly (at least bi-monthly) to review progress of partnerships, activities and results of work to enhance early childhood social emotional development as defined in this agreement.
