The POWER Assisted Writing for Science project (PAWS) integrates multimedia technologies and instructional strategies to support the acquisition of science content knowledge and literacy skills. We will describe how the project has been used in rural schools in Hawaii and provide curriculum resources and step-by-step directions for teachers to use.
