Product Description:

The First State Equal Access to Safety Strategic Plan identifies three initiatives. The initiatives are focused on building the capacity of each Collaboration partner to provide meaningful and effective technical assistance to domestic violence, disabilities, and mental health service providers throughout Delaware, leading to enhanced services to victims of domestic violence who have a disability and/or mental illness.
