Product Description:

With the implementation of mandatory Medicaid Managed Care in New York State, coupled with Federal and State Medicaid cuts to Article 16 and 28 clinics, a crisis in health care delivery to our most vulnerable population, individuals with developmental and other disabilities, is a major concern. This presentation addresses the an emerging health care problem and makes recommendations to avoid a potential service delivery problems.
