Vita/Bio:
Since 2015, Dr. David Fray is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Practice and Dental Public Health at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. His area of research and teaching focues on community based health promotion and prevention systems of care to reduce health disparities for vulnerable populations including individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Dr. Fray has worked in China since 2010 with the United Family Health System, two Dental Schools and two Nursing Schools to develop systems of collaborative care for persons with I/DD.
