Title: PRUCEDD Medical Home Comprehensive Health Services Project Coordinator and Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Continuing Medical Education, University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine.
Position Description: As the Medical Home Health Services Project Coordinator, Dr. Quiñones is responsible for the coordination of the training activities in the project clinics. Also she is responsible for implementing and evaluating the overall Project within a Family Centered Service Model. Dr. Quiñones serves as a liason between the UCEDD and the Pediatric Department of the School of Medicine.

Faculty Appointments: Dr. Quiñones holds the position of full Professor at the School of Medicine of the University of Puerto Rico, Department of Pediatrics. At present she serves as Assistant Dean for Faculty Development and Continuing Medical Education at the School of Medicine of the University of Puerto Rico and also as Internal Review Coordinator and Clinic Associate Director at the University Pediatric Hospital Residency Continuity Clinic. Since 1997 she is a member of the Human Development Course Committee for First Year Medical Students and for six years (1994-2000) directed the Interdisciplinary Team of the Metropolitan Pediatric Center School for Severely Handicapped Children.
During 1983 to 2000 she worked as pediatrician at the Metropolitan Pediatric Center (Regional Title V Program) and from 1996-2000 as Director of the PRUAP's Early Intervention Project.
