Co-presenter of statewide training project to 3000 direct service and management workers orienting them to the history of services and values for providing services.
Everyday Lives: Pennsylvania OMR Direction & Values Document 1989
Co-facilitated the PA OMR Program Advisory Committee retreat which led to the widely distributed Everyday Lives state planning document.
Leadership 2000 - A Statewide Leadership Institute 1990
Consultant/facilitator for the first year long State OMR leadership project. Fifty individuals were involved (parents, consumers, advocates, professionals) for eight, two day sessions, with National and International presenters.
Everyday Lives Technical Assistance Project 1991-93
Consultant/Facilitator for five counties (Allegheny, Fayette, Berks, Luzerne- Wyoming, Lackawanna-Susquehanna-Wayne) to help them move from aprogram centered orientation of services to a person centered/directed focus.
Allegheny County - Vision to Reality Project1994-1996
Coordinator of Technical Assistance Project funded by Allegheny County MH/MR to work with providers, consumers, and government to change a system of services from being program to person centered. In addition, coordinated the yearly County Everyday Lives Conference.
Quality Enhancement Project 1995
Facilitator to seven County MH/MR Offices to help develop consumer monitoring practices, consumer and family satisfaction surveys, and aprocess for reporting to the County MH/MR Board.
Somerset Evaluation/Assessment Project 1997
Development of satisfaction surveys and interviewing of 53 former Somerset Center residents whom have moved into community settings and of some of their family members. Report developed for PA-OMR.
Robert Wood Johnson Self Determination Project 1998-1999
Facilitator of strategic planning for Lehigh and Northumberland Counties.
Independent Consumer/Family Monitoring Project1998-present
