Product Description:

The purpose of IM4Q is to improve the everyday living outcomes for individuals with intellectual disability and their families who are registered to receive services through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). The IM4Q Manual is meant to assist each AE and Local Program in establishing the structures, processes, and procedures to operate an effective IM4Q program. IM4Q Local Programs, AE IM4Q Coordinators, and SCOs should consult the 2016 Manual for guidance relating to IM4Q policies and procedures. Others may reference it to better familiarize themselves with the purpose of IM4Q as well as the expectations of cooperation within the IM4Q process.
