Anne F. Farrell, Ph.D. is a clinical/school psychologist whose primary academic appointment is in Human Development & Family Studies (HDFS) at the University of Connecticut. She serves as discipline coordinator for HDFS and is on staff at the A.J. Pappanikou Center for Excellence. Her research concerns family-centered practices, vulnerable populations (including children with disabilities, children with special health care needs, and families in the child welfare system), and positive behavior interventions and supports.
