NorCal LEND FAST Project

We wanted a stronger curriculum around the development of research and leadership capstone projects. We developed a stronger, more systematic curriculum that addressed the varied needs of trainees with highly different levels of experience related to research and project development.

Project Summary

Accomplished Goals

Our primary goal was to provide additional education and activities related to understanding research methods and use of quality improvement science to inform leadership project development. We partnered with NM LEND in order to create a program that is more likely to be generalizable across LEND programs and to benefit from their experience in this area.
