This survey instrument was designed to collect information from Head Start and Early Head Start grantees in Missouri. The Missouri Head Start-State Collaboration Office (MHSSCO) will use the data to update its five-year strategic plan to guide its role in supporting Missouri Head Start programs. The survey is designed to assess grantees' reported organizational needs for support to strengthen collaboration, coordination of services, and alignment of curricula and assessment with established Head Start State Collaboration Office standards in the priority areas.
