Featuring Becky Lancaster from Uplift and Anne Bowen from University of Wyoming's School of Nursing. Children with special health care needs are twice as likely to have mental health issues. Guidelines on promoting self confidence and self direction are given, taking into consideration children's special health care needs. Other important parenting techniques are provided to promote emotional health.
