This report presents findings from a Missouri-specific needs assessment survey to determine the degree to which Head Start grantees are collaborating to address Head Start priority areas and the degree to which they are having difficulty addressing the priority areas. The information was collected through an online survey completed by representatives from 20 Missouri Head Start/Early Head Start grantees and delegate agencies.
