Product Description:

The current community needs assessment arose out of a desire to increase refugee youths access to mental health and substance use services. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administrations (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services awarded to the State of Vermonts Department of Mental Health a system of care grant focused on developing a continuum of services and supports to promote mental health and a successful transition into adulthood for youth and young adults ages 16 to 21 at risk for, or struggling with, mental health challenges and co-occurring substance misuse
