Product Description:

CDHD faculty and staff collaborating with IDHW and ICDD to identify the perceptions of adults with DD receiving HCBS services regarding the extent they were currently integrated into the community, had choices, individual rights, and autonomy within a living setting. The report provided IDHW information about aspects of the new HCBS rules that are currently being implemented and what aspects of the rules are not being implemented. The report described the design of the study including a description of the respondents, interview protocol, and procedures. It provided data for and answered the four research questions.
