Product Description:

The first phase of the Beyond Access Model is comprised of a comprehensive needs asssesment of the student, the student's team, and the school culture. The result of the process is a written document that summarizes all of the needs assessment information and suggests priorities for the team's focus during Phase II of the Model. These documents show two different needs assessment report formats.
