Product Description:

This report is a qualitative analysis of information from self-advocates and families of children and adults receiving DD services to learn how the service planning process can be improved. The information gathered from the focus group and survey will help ODDS and the ISP Process Redesign Stakeholder Group to design a new service planning process that supports a strengths-based approach to service planning driven by a persons vision for a whole life.
