Product Description:

The F2F Center offers support, information, resources in the community and empowerment tools for families with DID and special health needs. The F2F personnel are guided through a family centered model to ensure the health and well-being of their sons and daughters. The F2F will also offer interdisciplinary training for students and professionals as well as services to the community, empowerment to families, peer support and dissemination of information.
