Product Description:

A guide for promoting Positive Growth through Inclusion of Youth with disabilities. Part of IHDD/UCEDD training series for youth development workers and community coalitions dedicated to nurturing positive assets for all youth. This booklet is a guide to provide personal stories, information, examples, and strategies that encourage the inclusion of all adolescents in youth development efforts. It is designed to share values, perspectives, and outcomes possible when adolescents with disabilities are given opportunities to grow and contribute. It also focuses on myths, fears, and barriers that need to be overcome.
