Product Description:

It is important to establish good practices about playing games and developmental milestones (good habits) from an early age. Children, by their nature run, jump, play, and climb. It is advisable to use those skills to advantage and structured exercise programs create them. Parents and professionals participation in physical activities and exercises programs will allow them to have fun at the same time they reach healthy and promote playing as a tool for communication and interact with others.
