Product Description:

Parents and caregivers of children with disabilities and other special health care needs often seek resources from occupational therapists to help empower their children with the supports and tools to build independence, sustain control over the trajectory of their lives, and achieve their goals as they transition into adulthood. Developing self-determination and designing a person-centered plan for the individual is key to achieving these desired goals.
