This fact sheet is a FAMILY GUIDE for services and supports. It has information, steps to follow and screen their child development and how to identify DID and special health care needs. F2F guide parents through a family centered model to monitor the health and well-being of their sons and daughters. The F2F will also offer interdisciplinary training for students and professionals as well as services to the community, empowerment to families, peer support and dissemination of information.
