Product Description:

The FY2019 EHDI Parent Survey collected and analyzed information on referral, follow-up, diagnosis, treatment, and state-sponsored programs for infants who received services. Participants were parents of infants who were referred on for follow-up hearing screening and whose infants may or may not have received follow-up screening, diagnostic testing, early intervention or were later in follow-up than is recomemended by national guidelines.
