Social Workers in private practice: A descriptive study of what to do
Product Description:
Social Workers professionals in the private practice use Evidence-Based Practice (EBP): an approach to treatment and supports that are derived from the culture, the local society and that are accepted as effective by the community. The study results shows that EBP is used by 83% of SW participants in their interventions 67% of the time, but it seems to be more questions than answers. Recommendations included creating courses focused on EBP and educating SW professionals in the DID area.
