The Project was a collaborative effort between an early childhood researcher and community preschool, 2018 through 2019. The study examined changes in teacher effectiveness, based on coaching of teacher-developed goals. The study followed the definition of coaching developed by NAEYC & NACCRRA (2011), as well as techniques from Rush and Sheldon (2011). Evaluative measures included the CLASS (Hamre, La Paro, & Pianta, 2008), the TSES (Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy, 2001), and the ECERS-3.
