Product Description:

When there is a member with IDD in the family, professionals from different disciplines and / or agencies that can offer services to children, youth and adults with IDD are involved. It is necessary and recommended to document and organize, in a folder, all evaluations (medical and educational), as well as documents related to the services that children with disabilities receive or will receive.
