The United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (UNCRPD) article 24 provides requirements for inclusive education. Currently, no analytical framework exists to determine whether and how exclusionary language may present itself within inclusive educational policies. With no current framework available to examine exclusionary language, this study pilots the use of Shogren and Turnbulls (2014) core concepts.
