First in a series of webinars for Transition Partnership members and their colleagues to increase awareness of definitions of intellectual disability (ID) and developmental disability (DD) from statutory, functional, and cultural perspectives, and the how ID or DD affects parenting. This presentation examines human and legal rights of persons with IDD emphasizing self-determination and parenting, and the implications within partner organizations, agencies, and programs.
